Advice
H ere are some advices for maximizing the effectiveness of your "mosquito repeller" :
1. Wear light colors clothing. Mosquito’s are attracted by dark colors such are brown, black and blue.
2. Perfumes and lotions are very attractive to mosquitos. Try to not wear and scented lotions during your outdoor activities.
3. Sweat attracts mosquitos so try and wash yourself twice instead of once!
4. The mosquito’s do not like blood with a high concentration of vitamin C. Increasing your citrus consumption helps in keeping those pesky mosquito’s off you.
5. Empty and frequently change the water in your bird bath , in your children’s pool and all other water toys that are subject to accumulate rain water.
6. Make sure there is a proper water circulation in your basin’s and artificial ponds, you can even place insect eating fish! In your ponds.
